in River Falls
The 105-unit residential development consists of four buildings which include a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units and is located on the north side of River Falls near the corner of Paulson and Radio Road. The development also includes a conservancy area, walking trails, fitness center, on-site leasing office, direct access to regional bike trail, and community park.
Azure
in Eau Claire
Azure residential development consists of three buildings which include a mix of one and two bedroom units and is located on the southwest side of Eau Claire near the corner of Hamilton Avenue and Craig Road. This main building contains 56 high-end luxury apartments, complete with a lobby, gym, community room, and community balcony.

Also part of the the Azure development, these 18-unit and a 25-unit apartment buildings share a green space with the main 56-unit building. Both buildings contain one and two bedroom apartments with garages on the first level.
